Work completed was good, but communication and time were not handled well. The estimated time for completion was two days. It turned out to be eight. This was due to a part being slow to arrive and we understand that. However, we were not contacted even once in the meantime. No updates were given. As an apology, we were given a card for a free carwash. When I brought the car in I was told that it would be forty-five minutes, which seemed a bit long. It turned out to be two hours. Again, no explanation was offered.
I visited the store to ask about a new pickup. Don did an excellent job presenting the information that I needed. He gave me the prices immediately without a run around. I ultimately purchased a new pickup and my brother also purchased a new pickup.
We had a total failure of the A/C on our 2000 Tahoe. The repair estimate was higher than we expected and gave us cause to consider if it was worth it on a 17 year old vehicle. After consideration we decide to go ahead. The Service Advisor, Rick, worked hard to get the job done at the lowest possible cost to us. Rick and Scot are always helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with us. That's why we keep coming back.
