Although I had to wait a while for them to work with the banks (I’m patient). I got a really good deal! My sales person was very informative and knowledgeable and I had a blast going through the sales process with her!
As ever I have done since December of 2017, I take my Chevrolet only to Chevrolet of Twin Falls in Twin Falls, Idaho, for all maintenance and repair needs. My visit there on Friday, January 3, 2020 is an example of why. The professional skill of the whole stands out -- from scheduling, to garage, to courtesy driver, to payment. That skill I mean includes, of course, courtesy and thoroughness. My thanks to them all, for a job done well as ever.
The almost excellent rating is due to the three week time period that I was without my truck. This was not the fault of the dealership, they took care of me the best they could. While waiting on parts my 30 day On Star and Sirius Radio trails expired. I had my truck for 1 week after purchase - it drives and shifts much better after the new transmission was installed on a 1 year old truck with 12,000 miles on it ?! Fingers crossed!

Even for a basic oil change I will wait about 2 hours for it to be done. I've also paid 58 dollars for an oil change and this more recent time I went they charges me 73. Customer service always feel like i am bothering them. I'll be doing my own oil change for cheaper and quicker.

the last time i had my oil changed there was a mix up at the dealership and chris hosman told me the next time i came in they would wash my truck inside and out and i put that in the notes before i brought it in and nothing came of it so no i would not recommend you
