I’ve been going to you for years and I have always been happy with your work the service people at the front office are the best unfortunately your detail or wash crew are the worst I don’t know what happened They always have done a great job except the last 3 times & the last bing the worst!

I dropped my truck off on Friday for an alignment and what I thought was a shifting problem. At @ 4:30 having not heard from them, I tried calling, but to no avail. All I ever got was a run around with the answer machine. I even left my name and phone number, but no one ever returned my call. On Saturday I attempted to call again. I got the same run around with the answer machine. I finally got fed up and drove to the dealership @ 3:30 where service representative said they just finished. All I am asking is a little respect from the dealership. They could have taken less than a minute and called me to let me know the status and that they were going to keep my vehicle overnight. This is not my first such dealing with this dealership. I feel a total lack of respect from these folks. Their time is more important than my time. I don't know if I will do any more business with them.
At first it didn’t go well. The service rep didn’t return calls for messages I left. Finally went into dealership to find out he was no longer there. That is when RICK stepped in to help me. He was fabulous. Checked on part and got it in. Called me back with updates and went way above and beyond to make it right. I have the car back and it is running great. So appreciate Rick and all he did to help me get my Traverse fixed right and as quickly as he could. Thanks to him and the team he worked with.
