I made the reservation on line and when I showed up they told me it would take twice as long because they'd double booked. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. If your online booking isn't working - take it down. They ended up taking care of me but I was really disappointed.

We scheduled our 1999 Chevrolet pickup for service because it was losing acceleration and our check battery and airbag light would come on. We were assured they would be able to figure it out. They weren't able to figure it and and told us there was nothing they could do to fix it and that we needed to come pick it up, when my husband went to pick up our truck, all of the technicians and manager of the service department were just sitting around talking, my husband had to ask someone to go get our truck for us. Definitely need to work on your mechanic's/technicians skills if you are going to offer the service of vehicles and the customer service is awful. Took it to a private mechanic and he found out the problem and fixed it. Pretty awful that a Chevrolet/GMC service shop could figure out the problem.
