Oil change I think was ok, when I pull my truck in to the service garage I knew I have a tail light out and a front signal light out as well, they marked as all lights ok, I think they never checked, also they recommend rotation on my tires such I can see that, but one of my tires was around 25psi under pressure, they never noticed that, again they never checked, also when I check in I told the front desk about a funny noise coming out of my ac blower and she said they have to run a prognostic to find out, but it was going to cost me around $70 to $140 just to see what it was, I completely understand you guys don't want to check things out for free, but a lease if we do the repair with you guys be nice if the original charge goes toward the fix cost, anyways when I ask the lady about if my extended warranty cover the repair that way I can make a decision if we going to run the prognostic she told me she can not tell me about if the insurance can cover that or not till we run the prognostic, honestly I think that's ridiculous. So i when home after just the oil change, I replace the lights by my self, I took the truck to the Tire shop and they fix my flat for free also have a free rotation, of course I buy those tires with them, same like a buy the truck with a chevy dealership, just different treatment for whatever reason, I still need to take my truck somewhere to check my AC blower..

I was greeted by Kenneth and he helped alleviate my concerns with my 2018 Equinox and was fun to work with. Very personable and knowledgeable. Then I spoke with Carla and she allowed me a phone call to inform my husband (in Salt Lake) that I was having issues. She was friendly and we actually had a lot in common which made my wait very worthwhile. Sal was very helpful too. Your staff in Twin Falls made my worries go away!!!!
I would rate this Dealership as one of the best I have ever dealt with. I have had GM trucks since my first in 1980, The part I needed was not available, but Kevin was able to locate the part for us at another dealership, he also gave us the contact information for setting up a appointment at our convenience. I can not say how thankful we were. I would definitely buy my next truck from them I lived closer to the dealership. Again I would like to say thank you to Kevin and all the friendly staff working in the service department that day .

I have been doing business with these guys for years. I missed my last two oil change appointment and when I called them on Saturday and asked me them when they could get me in they asked me how soon I could get there. Took care of me in a very professional manner had my oil change and filter’s in less than 40 minutes in and out

Over all the experience was ok. The tech had issues with replicating the issue and blamed it on user operation. “Not holding the button long enough” we still are expecting the issue and are not happy with our car
I was very pleased with how soon I was able to get my pickup looked at. Parts for repair were ordered the day my truck was looked at and I was able to pick up my truck on or before I was told it would be ready. The service manager was very helpful and easy to work with. I left the dealership very happy.
