My husband and I both bought our vehicles from the Twin Falls Chevy dealer and have the lifetime oil changes. Other than an oil cap not being replaced which caused quite a mess on our vehicles engine we have always had a good experience. We have had other work done on our vehicles there as well and have no complaints. Employees are very nice as well.
The service agent let me sit in the waiting area for over an hour and did not tell me that could not get to me due to shop problems. My wife had a meeting to get too so I had to leave, and I will not be back!
I told them b4 i made an appointment that i need oil change and need also to have tire rotation and i got an issue with my tire monitor at the rear right side. When I got my truck they did not do the tore rotation as i put a black mark “X” at the front left hand right of the wheel and i noticed that it was still in the same location so that means they did not rotate my tire and the light for the service tire monitor was still on, so i told the guy that it has not been fixed but said it would cost me more than $100. to have it replaced. The thing now is the tire monitor does not work now for all the tires. This is just so disappointed since i’ve been your customer.
