Took vehicle in for an AC belt replacement and was called 2x about some other issues that were found - except for someone else's vehicle! Took 2 days for a simple 1 hour service to get done. When I went in to pick up my vehicle the gal at the counter couldn't find my keys so had to locate the service manager. They sat and argued in front of me that it should have had my name on the tag and not the service number or something like that. Again they tried to tell me about some other issues that had been called about earlier on someone else's rig! How hard is it to get the right info to the actual owner? I just hope you did the actual work that you were asked to do!

The two men at the front service desk never looked up to acknowledge me when I walked in (seemed to be too busy)until what appeared to be a manager walked up and then they decided to look up and acknowledge that I was there. Other than that, my car got done in short amount of time and was serviced well.

Kevin and the service dept were amazing. I had a pretty extensive repair job. Kevin researched to see what warranty coverages I had. He offered to give me a ride if needed both times I dropped my pickup off. I was pleased with the communication and overall professional attitude. Thank you.

I went in to get my truck serviced and get something that was rattling under the dash fixed. I’ve only put 3k miles on my truck so it shouldn’t be having any problems. When I got my truck back I can still hear a rattling noise just not as loud as it was. I think it wasn’t actually fixed or else it wouldn’t be doing that. Not happy with the outcome of that or the nightmare I went through to buy the truck in the first place.

I would absolutely recommend the sales department to friends and such, the service department on the other hand? Not even my worst enemy. The most recent problem stemmed from when the my Silverado was serviced, the "mechanic" told my wife that the CV axle on the passenger side of my truck was damaged by the tire shop I took it to the day before when they rotated my tires. Just short of taking a hammer to the cv axle there is no way just having a tire rotation done would damage a cv axle. Then after trying that on my wife wanted to charge her a ridiculous amount of money to change it. The ONLY reason we keep going back to the service department is we bought the life time oil change program. Once we well our current vehicles there is absolutely no way that we will ever take any of our vehicles to the service department at Lithia Chevrolet in Twin Falls.
