Scott Price ALWAYS makes sure my experiences are great. I always feel a little bad dropping in because as a previous employee I KNOW that the schedule is packed and how hard it is to squeeze someone in, but they always make time for me and are so good at helping entertain the kids. He even let's them announce on the intercom to have the tech come up and get my car and they LOVE it.

I have and am mostly very happy with the service I receive with the exception that every time I get my oil changed the date for the follow up service is incorrect by sometimes as much as double. On this vehicle I bought an oil change deal for 4 oil changes per year and each time I take it in the change oil sticker posts as 6 months not 3, I find this dishonest at the least. You would get a 10 on my evaluation if it weren't for this situation. Ray
