Service tech, Alex, was great. He friendly greeted me upon entry. I explained my vehicle problems carefully. Alex explained that they could diagnose the error codes quickly. He told me that the courtesy driver was out and would be back in minutes to give me a ride home. In the short wait, Alex came back with a diagnosis and what would be needed to fix my GMC Envoy and the cost. Upon my approval, he started the mechanic on the process. Apparently the mechanic found a bad serpentine belt. Alex came to me with the bad belt, I gave approval to replace it. Alex gave me the estimated time to fix everything. I came back to the dealership at the estimated time, the repairs were completed in less than two hours. Alex explained everything on the invoice and directed me to the cashier. I do not recall the cashier's name but she was very friendly. Chevrolet of Twin Falls, thank you.
