At first it didn’t go well. The service rep didn’t return calls for messages I left. Finally went into dealership to find out he was no longer there. That is when RICK stepped in to help me. He was fabulous. Checked on part and got it in. Called me back with updates and went way above and beyond to make it right. I have the car back and it is running great. So appreciate Rick and all he did to help me get my Traverse fixed right and as quickly as he could. Thanks to him and the team he worked with.
